By accessing or using the Ajjara - أجارة mobile application and related services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
2. Equipment Rental
- Booking: All equipment and truck rentals are subject to availability and confirmation. A confirmed booking is a contract between you and the equipment owner, facilitated by the Service.
- Responsibility: The renter is fully responsible for the rented equipment from the time of pickup/delivery until return, and must report any damage immediately.
- Fees & Deposits: Rental fees, security deposits, and any late return penalties are clearly outlined at the time of booking and must be paid in full.
- Usage: Equipment must only be used by trained and authorized personnel in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and are liable for all activities conducted through your account.
4. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

- With Equipment Owners: To fulfill a rental transaction (e.g., sharing your name and contact number with the owner).

- المسؤولية: يتحمل المستأجر المسؤولية الكاملة عن المعدات المؤجرة من وقت الاستلام/التسليم حتى الإرجاع، ويجب الإبلاغ عن أي ضرر على الفور.
- الرسوم والودائع: يتم تحديد رسوم الإيجار وودائع التأمين وأي غرامات تأخير في الإرجاع بوضوح وقت الحجز ويجب دفعها بالكامل.
- الاستخدام: يجب استخدام المعدات فقط من قبل الموظفين المدربين والمصرح لهم وفقًا لجميع القوانين واللوائح المعمول بها.
3. حسابات المستخدمين
يجب عليك تقديم معلومات دقيقة وكاملة عند التسجيل للحصول على حساب. أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرية كلمة مرور حسابك ومسؤول عن جميع الأنشطة التي تتم من خلال حسابك.
4. الإنهاء
